Execute the team’s material acquisition strategy and work closely with the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure material and part availability throughout the product life.1. Identify, develop, negotiate and manage development of various mechanical parts.2. Work closely with industrial designers and product designers to develop and fulfill design concepts.3. On-site management to manage development builds, risk mitigation and ramp.4.Schedule capacity and supply planning to meet production demands.5. Evaluate technical and business risks using data based analysis and develop risk mitigation alternatives.
