Currently I am working on ripple current testing of LiFePO4 cells, looking at cycling degradation and DCIR. I am also working on Li-ion NMC batteries, looking at cyclic aging, storage aging and rate capacity. I also research lead acid batteries, looking at partial state of charge performance, charge acceptance and cyclic aging. Previously in this role, I researched electrical insulation, testing breakdown voltage, insulation polarisation and HVAC impedance testing procedures for novel motor technologies. I have also researched and modeled heat and power loss in silicon wafer manufacturing equipment.
