• Visiting and evaluating up to 10 business premises per day throughout London by implementing time management effectively and using prioritisation skills. • Preparing high quality, clearly written, bespoke provision of cleaning.• Dealing with customers face to face, using negotiations skills in order to secure contracts.

• Interacting on the phone throughout the day with branch managers from 10 different units, in order to advise them on issues of different nature that would invariably arise on a daily basis, using problem solving and good communications skills. • Preparing P&L reports for the MD, by interpreting key performance indicators, using organisational and analytical skills.• Actively liaising with suppliers, nationally and internationally, regarding orders and invoices.
