I have had a variety of different full-time jobs, allowing me to really develop a vast array of different skills. My current role is as an Assistant Manager at the Enterprise Weston-super-mare location. This involves the day to day running of the business and the training/ development of the staff that work at this location. I managed to achieve this role after completing the graduate trainee role within Enterprise and was promoted due to achieving continued promotability on their in-house promotability matrix which centres itself around sales and customer service. My other jobs in the past range from Bar manager in the hospitality industry to social head of a sports company and a baker in the food industry.All my prior experience within the hospitality industry, and the senior roles I held within such, have aided in developing and honing my skills. My two most recent employments at James Street Tavern and Bridge VIP Lounge provided me with incredibly valuable hosting and upselling experience in luxury environments where my service must match the environment and saw me take up senior roles within each respective company. This included staff training, ordering of stock, new menu ideas, memorisation of over 45+ different cocktails, training to become welfare officials, cellar training, cash up and many more responsibilities. Moreover, I was also a key holder and dealt with any obligations this also entailed. My skills expand further, outside of the hospitality industry. This can be seen through other employments I've had, but I also like to develop skills outside of the workplace. For instance, I recently trained to box, and have taken part in a sold-out event with over 3,000 people.
