Joined CPP as their first apprentice, achieving my degree in BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management alongside my full-time role. Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2021. My primary focus throughout my time at CPP has been Industrial and Office Agency - focusing on acquisitions and disposals for a variety of fund and private clients. As an agent, I have worked across Yorkshire and have been exposed to a variety of asset classes and transactions.Key Achievements • Integral part of both the Industrial and Office Agency departments, focusing on disposals and acquisitions for a variety of private and fund clients• Key member of an agency team which has won Insider Yorkshire “Agency Team of the Year” in 2016, 2018 and 2020 and shortlisted in 2021. • Involved in over 3,000,000 sq ft of transactions over the last 2 years• Experienced in purchasing development sites and investments for clients• Experience in lease renewals and rent reviews. Member of the RICS ‘Matrics' South Yorkshire Committee: local RICS group aimed at promoting the profession amongst students and young people. Responsible for hosting and organising networking and CPD events throughout the year.
