I have extensive experience in municipal public utilities engineering projects including planning, budgeting, designing, bidding, construction management, public involvement and inspection. I have prepared road improvement plans many of which required coordination with municipalities and UDOT, grading and drainage plans, city wide master plans, capital improvement plans, and have also performed public outreach/involvement on many of these projects.I am familiar and knowledgeable with Nibley City standards, codes, and storm water regulations.
