With over 11 years of experience in finance, I have led and contributed to multiple strategic and operational initiatives at BD, a global medical technology company. As the Director of Finance, I oversaw the financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the US region, supporting the growth and profitability of the business. I also partnered with the senior leadership team to provide financial insights, guidance, and recommendations for key decisions and projects. Prior to that, I was the Associate Director of Finance and the Senior Manager of FP&A at BD, where I managed the financial performance and analysis of various business units and functions, and led several process improvement and automation initiatives. I have a strong background in finance and accounting, having earned a BS degree from Brigham Young University, and an MBA degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I am passionate about delivering excellence in finance, leveraging data and analytics, and collaborating with diverse and talented teams.
