On average I would work closely with customers to ensure a smooth and tailored implementation of LANDESK’s ITSM software via Incident/Change/Request/Problem or Knowledge Management, this would often involve having a complete understanding of the customer’s needs and requirements often by performing a design workshop or multiple customer engagements involving key business users and department leads.A customer end-user portal was developed in tandem with the main implementation to allow end-users to interact with the new system.When not carrying out implementation or design work tasks would often include re-vamping older configurations and installations to supporting end-users in better understanding or developing their build.While at LANDESK I also took pride in providing solutions to our own software limitations, I drew on my previous creative and development experience to provide future product innovations that would ensure a healthy and pro-active customer base while remaining competitive. -
