Max has almost 30 years of experience in leading, developing, and managing high growth products and businesses in the technology and automotive industries. His eyes seldom leave the computer, but when they do, he enjoys competing at sporting clays events, playing music with friends, and spending time with his wife and two children.Born in Ukraine to a family of musicians, Max came to the United States at the age of 18. In 1997, Max co-founded CMECourses.com, an e-commerce site and search engine promoting continuing medical education meetings and symposia. In 2000, HealthStream (NASDAQ: HSTM), an e-learning company, acquired the company.A serial entrepreneur, Max co-founded RideSafely,com in 2002. From 2003 through 2012, he served as President and CEO for RideSafely.com, a site that empowers consumers to participate in automotive auctions that were once only open to licensed car dealers. The idea for the company developed when Max discovered a groundswell of enthusiasm from online shoppers interested in purchasing a motorcycle Max crashed and wanted to sell.For four consecutive years (2007-2010), RideSafely was listed on the Inc. 5000 list. RideSafely was also honored by Philadelphia 100, as one of the city's fastest growing companies.In 2010, Max co-founded and was the acting CEO for the first ever insurance total loss auto auction in Dubai. His personal knowledge and expertise of the industry were integral to the auction becoming the leader in the insurance salvage space in the shortest time. The auction was acquired by the world’s largest insurance remarketer Copart (NASDAQ: CPRT).Since 2017 Max has been focusing on rapidly growing opportunities for wholesale auction buyers and automotive recyclers worldwide by introducing the first automated live bidding platform in the nation. In 2022, AutoBid LIVE successfully placed over 1,000,000 bids for its customers during live sales thus becoming one of the largest bid aggregators in the world.
