Tal was involved with the sports related charitable organization called “Right to Play”, working in Tanzania at the Dar es Salaam office. RTP uses specially-designed sport and play programs to improve health, build life skills, and foster peace for children and communities affected by war, poverty, disease. Working in both the humanitarian and development contexts, RTP has projects in more than 20 countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Along with the head of business development, Tal helped manage a global real estate department in 22 offices. Focus on business planning, setting-up marketing collateral, event & marketing strategy and developing the Real Estate departments pitch proposals.

Tal along with the business development real estate director managed a global real estate department in 16 different worldwide offices. In taking control of the department, they created the first real estate business plan, developing individual client plans, took ownership of the budget, conducted new market & client analysis, and handled all marketing and business development aspects of running a multi-million dollar business.
