Began my academic experience learning computer science, specifically in C++, with the goal of transferring to Sacramento State. After two years, I transferred to Sacramento State, to get a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. Sacramento State uses Java, so I had to learn it over the summer between semesters. I'm also very familiar with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. During a government class I took over the summer at CSUS, I created and deployed a website that focused on climate change, along with actions we can take on the issue. I thoroughly enjoy the problem solving aspect of coding within computer science, it always gives me a feeling of success that I can't find anywhere else.

  - Created a chatbot that assisted with machine learning data pipeline errors for the machine learning application, Pachyderm, using OpenAI Assistants API calls using TanStack Query and React- Created frontend tests for this feature using Jest and end-to-end tests using Cypress, also used Mock Service Worker and REST to mock API calls for testing purposes
