Lead Project Controls Engineer, Honeywell: Fluorine Products, Apollo: HFO-1234yf, Geismar, LA. Responsible for total cost reporting, EVM modeling, and master scheduling to engineer, procure, and install a $250 million facility expansion to produce environment friendlier refrigerant for the automotive industry.

Lead Project Control Engineer, Biogen: Next Generation Manufacturing Project, Solothurn, Switzerland. Responsible for Earn Value Management as the client’s representative to oversee the engineering contractor (Jacobs) of a $1.5 billion project to build a state of the art pharmaceutical facility to manufacture a first-generation drug to treat Alzheimer’s disease.

Lead Project Controls Engineer, API Separator VOC Control Project, ConocoPhillips Bayway Refinery, Linden, NJ. Responsible for home office cost and schedule of a $57 million NJDEP Consent Decree project seeking to reduce emissions by replacing the existing API Separator with new Aboveground Covered Separators. Mastered Jacobs proprietary IHOCS and JPCS cost systems. Devised and managed project staffing plans, progress curves, earn value system, cash flow, engineering changes, and detailed resource loaded EPC schedules. This project won the 2010 SPIRIT of Performance Award. The SPIRIT of Performance Awards Program is ConocoPhillips’ most prestigious global recognition program.

Project Engineer, Peruvian Government, Water and Wastewater System Improvement Project, Northern Perú. Performed multiple tasks with a Peruvian governmental agency to design water and wastewater system improvements for 10 cities in Northern Perú. Performed conceptual engineering work including all areas of sanitary engineering, including preliminary layouts and field inspection of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, wastewater treatment lagoons, wastewater pump stations, and water transmission lines. Designed alignment and profile for over 36 km of water and wastewater transmission lines.
