The customer approach is characterized by information-oriented supervision and an integrated and subject-oriented approach. SMB aims to optimize tax revenues through the use of various enforcement and oversight tools to strengthen compliance, with a focus on smart and new IT applications. SMB is also responsible for shaping and implementing comprehensive government cooperation. And SMB is involved in debt collection and valuation research.

My personal motto is: “empty shelves are a setback”. Under my responsibility, several Jumbo stores have consistently generated more revenue.
