Key Responsibilities: Overall management for expansion of indoor & outdoor themed park in terms of recruitment, P&L, implementation of FEC production, including: site survey, scheduling, design coordination(MEP by myself), bidding/sourcing, construction, handover, and BOH operation ..etc.Key Achievements:To collect and analyze all data related with asset management from each trade mix BU, including: indoor themed park, water park, indoor walking street,FECs, indoor Zoo, show stage...etc of 'Future World of Foriseland in Changchun city' (400,000sqm, Structure completed) during design period;To develop demarcation matrix in term of Facility Service via negotiation with each Bu respectively, according to each financial model; To finalize the O-chart/head count, budget,mobilization plan...etc for hard service team;Reason for leaving the company:• The whole cultural & tourism sector of Foriseland group just dismissed all of sudden in one month due to capital chain rupture (so called P2P mine explosion).

Key Responsibilities: Overall maintenance work for both facilities as the first 'service head' of Wuhan area of Wanda culture & tourism Group.Key Achievements:Zero downtime for TSE(Theater Specialized Equipment) system which were interlocked with multiple building functions, and the comprehensive maintenance program involves Simens PLC programming at robotic control level, Hydraulic & Pneumatic component at super large size...etc; Effectively planning and implement a 'performance bond energy saving mgmt' for the HanShow theater which is the biggest water show facility globally (90,000sqm, investment at 2.7bn RMB) ;Zero downtime for all movie park ride/attractions ranged from recreational Class A to Class C, Successfully conduct and pass the annual national special inspection, and keep all procedures and document fully compliance with Wuhan local quality inspection bureau as well; (the movie theme park was at size of 110,000 sqm, investment at 3.5bn RMB);Reason for leaving the company:• Movie Park was closed in August of 2016, HanShow was not making money and my salary package was fairly high among board members whose turnover rate were unreasonably high.
