It provides the opportunity to develop managerial, leadership, and communication skills in a fun and exciting environment. Interns will assist in overall amusement facility operations and will facilitate the following areas:- Ride Systems Operation, -Associate training, coaching, and recognition of front-line staff members; -Monitoring attraction throughput and ensuring efficiency standards are met; -Ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Guidelines; -Leading ride group meetings; conducting breaks; -Facilitating rotations, and being the first responders to guest and ride issues within their ride group. -Demonstrate ability to work both independently and in a team-based environments-Navigate and work efficiently in a fast-paced pace, high-intensity pier environment.-Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality-Responsible for completing facility audits and ensuring all requirements are met for piers to open on a daily basis.
