- Independent conception, budgeting, planning, implementation and documentation of competitive logistics concepts, considering the internal and external requirements through the entire project duration, in close coordination with the project teams, the plants and central logistics - Support of the acquisition of new business including the review of the inquiry documents - Determination of the logistic costs (Loko 1-5) based on the defined processes - Identification and realization of rationalization potentials in cooperation with the customer teams, the plants and the central logistics - Support of the purchasing department in the awarding process on the basis of landed cost, taking into account the logistics objectives - Support of the running series incl. evaluation of product and process changes to existing logistic processes as well as their realization after release - Bottleneck and escalation management in critical supply situations - Support product group with capacity and crisis management - Weekly tracking of the special freights for division door, optimization of the evaluation tool together with central logistics, tracking of the reasons and counter measures of special freights - Main contact person/ interface logistics electronic production
