As a game designer at Tiltfactor I continue to work to design and publish games for social change. Game media include tabletop (card, board), digital (web, app), and experiential (sports and other weird things). Topics include reducing biases and increasing diversity, fighting climate change, promoting public health, encouraging bystander intervention in sexual assault, and crowdsourcing data collection for public heritage institutions.As a senior designer I have the additional responsibilities of managing staff, students, and contractors working on our game projects, prototyping games in Unity or with JavaScript, assisting in the development of game studies, and presenting work and products at game conferences and conventions.

As a designer at Tiltfactor I designed, prototyped, tested, and revised a series of analog games for the BIAS project: board games to decrease gender bias in science, technology, math, and engineering (STEM). I then helped produce several of these games.
