Working alongside the Sales and Compliance team my main responsibilities are operating the weighbridge, speaking to customers, and conducting market research. I am currently working on a project to collate and analyse data on our key competitors, visualising the findings in a map and identifying regions for growth.

Trained in all areas of the restaurant, including customer service, grill, fries dressing and preparation. This has given me good general knowledge in the hospitality industry from communication to food hygiene standards. · By advancing through all different skills required at each station over a period of 3 months I have proven that I can apply myself and learn quickly when required to learn a new skillset. · This role has shown I thrive when working as part of a team and realised the importance of working cooperatively with good morale to ensure that operations run efficiently.

Mixing drinks and serving beer and wine to customers.Providing conversation to patrons at the bar.Communicating with other members of the team to ensure the bar runs smoothly.

This was a customer facing role, day to day interactions involved: welcoming members, giving tours, taking phone calls, and creating a pampered experience for spa guests. My IT skills had to be fast and accurate in order to to process customerson the system infast and accurate IT systems, solving problems on the spot, sales of products and audit reconciliation.
