Current• Administrator for all computer software throughout the organization. This includes the financial software (NetSuite), the CRM (Salesforce – 10 badges, 10,000 points) and a variety of third-party applications (Office, Mondays, Jira, MailChimp and other Social Media tools). Responded to requests for customized applications to improve project work. For example, in NetSuite, wrote a script (SuiteScript 2.0) to source unrelated records, reducing work time. In Salesforce, built Apex Triggers for the purpose of the Resource and Development Department as well as API calls for reporting purposes.• Administrator for the organization’s websites, including both WordPress and WIX. Hosting responsibilities (Bluehost) required building a MySQL database for staff to input project information which was then sourced using SQL commands. The interface was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.• Administrator for all IT requirements within the organization. Including Google Cloud building projects and using Google APIs for projects within the organization, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and all standard IT office requirements. Operating systems include: Windows, MacOS and Linux.
