• Responsible for technical support service to customer or partner independently or jointly with a technical support team. • On site and remote support for incidents, problems and questions for the applications according to the agreed SLA’s. Ensure the availability and robustness of the IT applications for a 24 x 7 • Responsible for handling, tracking and reporting back during the whole resolving process of incidents, problems and questions. • Involved in development of new feature requests, tools and business reports.• Taking part in functional testing of UAT and Production releases, creating and performing sanity checks.• Responsible for the implementation of minor & medium changes and patches & releases.• First point of escalation with required ability to calm down the situations and provide efficient resolution or workaround for the customers.• Supervising team members. • Responsible for team management, team building and personal working environment.• Involved into motivation activities, bonus program development, scheduling.• Generation and presentation of variety of reports to the business.
