Led Procurement finance for the Europe & Australia region (EUAU). Served as a key business partner to EUAU Procurement and to the broader EUAU business.Managed a team of 3 direct reports.- Oversaw Financial Planning & Analysis for total EUAU Raw materials, Packaging and Purchased finished goods ($1Bn annual spend across 8 plants and 30+ comanufacturers) ;- Provided externally-grounded cost inflation guidance to EUAU Businesses, enabling business model management at brand-level, and supporting sales teams in pricing ;- Led the EUAU cost savings program (HMM), fostering cross-functional partnership between Marketing, Supply Chain and ITQ to deliver ~4% year-on-year productivity across total Cost of Goods Sold (Materials, Manufacturing and Logistics) ;- Key decision-making enabler in Make or Buy projects across the Region - playing a critical role in unlocking capacity to serve increased demand for food at home during the COVID-19 pandemic ;- Hired and developed a team of 3 direct reports.

- Responsible for total Europe/Australia (EUAU) Raw & Pack materials cost management ($1Bn spend) : annual plan, monthly rolling forecast and reviews with the Procurement team ;- Key Business partner to EUAU Procurement : assessment and tracking of cost savings initiatives, support in key supplier negotiations, target setting) ;- Acted as Subject Matter Expert for the implementation of SAP in Yoplait (milk accounting, product costing).

- Responsible for financial planning and analysis of Yoplait France Logistics costs ($50MM annual budget), including monthly reviews and action plans with the Logistics director.- Supervised New Product costing for Yoplait Europe.- Led the integration of Yoplait Procurement finance activities into General Mills Europe/Australia : implemented a rolling forecast process, harmonized ways of working, aligned tools and data.
