-Partnering with BG head and IT development director to provide detailed strategy on increasing market share, innovative development on new products and execute aggressive growth expansions across in multiple geographic areas-Setting up and managing district office for Big Data Business Group in North West China and Southern China. Each district office is heavily focused on bid management, portfolio management, and prioritization of client deliverables to achieve district annual goal. -Establishing the Beyondsoft Big Data brand and reputation internally and externally. This includes communicating a consistent message, providing intellectual reports and establish and enhance strategic partners in the big data industrial sector. Successful strategic partners including JD.com, Roland Berger, North West University etc.

-Shape and influence the overall IBG strategy and roadmap -Identify and implement scalable globalization solutions and patterns for JD.com’s B2C platform -Work with key stakeholders within, and outside of JD.com to translate complex globalization challenges and opportunities into meaningful business stories-Utilizes global intellectual and marketing resource by establish and enhance strategic partners like Google, Facebook, Yandex, VK, Roland Berger etc.
