First off, I have to express that I am extremely blessed having been a part of the Food & Beverage industry for almost three decades. And, even more fortunate to reside in one of the greatest food and entertainment meccas in the world- Las Vegas, NV.What do I do? I am a high-level and long-tenured developer of custom cocktail programs and menus of all types and have been at SGWS doing so since 2015. And, prior to that, almost a full decade working for one of my favorite Chefs, Emeril Lagasse.I am also a Beverage Educator with a forte in cocktails and barrel-aged spirits, particularly in all world whiskies and rum/rhum, but am known mostly for my affinity of everything whisky. I have been a collector for many years and specialize in and gather American & Japanese antiquities dating back to prior to Prohibition up through the early 2000’s. I have completed many certifications and continuing education courses over the years, which is a very big focus for me as our industry continues to grow and evolve.In 2013, I founded Bar Chef Productions, LLC., in which I offer a wide range of services from providing one-off educational and tasting experiences to corporate and private groups, to full consulting to bar and restaurant groups, as well as consulting for new beverage brand launches.Lastly, I proudly serve as a veteran Spirits judge at the renowned San Francisco World Spirits Competition, as well, as the International Whisky Competition.
