- Engineering support for all Delta components - Power transformers, power inductors, sense resistors, Ethernet transformers including the new 10Gbase-T transformer, RJ45 ICMs, dc-dc converters PWMs - Headed Delta's 10Gigabit Ethernet transformer design team and achieved a more than 95% manufacturing yields by elminating most of the parasitic elements that are responsible for inconsistencies in manufacturing. - Responsible for working with all the 10G IC houses and getting Delta's 10Gigabit transformer designed in and making Delta's 10G transformer preferred status.- EMC debugging support in power and networking related systems.- Have extensive EMC debug experience supporting Cisco power Engineers solve their conducted and radiated emission issues while recommending Delta standard components. If a new design is required to fix emissions, I also design the component on the fly and on customer site.- Responsible for all IC reference design ins for all power related products.. - Planar transformers up to 1kW, power inductors, chokes, flyback etc.. - Ethernet transformers and ICMs - EMC debug support working directly with most of Cisco EMC Engineers in different BU's- Design support of all Delta components- Responsible for training the design teams in Asia Responsible for supporting Networking PHY IC companies such as:Marvell SemiconductorBroacom CorporationAquantia Intel - OregonPLXAlso Responsible for supporting all Power Electronics IC companies such as LTC San Jose/Sta Barbara - Power controllers, PoE etc. for CiscoMaxim - Power controllers, PoE etc for Cisco
