I am a current Club fitter at Golf Headquarters. We book out hour and a half time slots in which a fitter such as myself works with a customer to find the appropriate golf club set for their particular style and skill. Their are hundreds or options when it comes to brand, flex and weight that we must work through with the customer to find what is both comfortable and performing at the highest level. These sales typically range between $750-$2000 and make up the majority of the stores income on a day to day basis so this job is under watchful eye and essential for the business's success.

I have worked at Iroquois Golf Course in the club house and cart shed a few days a week for five years during the busy golf season ( April - September weather permitting ). I use this position in the form of a networking opportunity more then an economic benefit experience. While the job does require me to concentrate on work at times the majority of the day I spend talking with people I otherwise would of never had a chance to interact with. Men and women of all ages and walks of life I would consider friends and could reach out too thanks to this experience.
