I currently manage a team of four experienced HSEQ recruitment Consultants at Principal People, a leading recruitment consultancy that focuses on delivering exceptional service and value to both clients and candidates.As the manager of the interim and contract division, I am responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the quality and compliance of the placements. I also coach and mentor my team members, and help them achieve their individual and collective goals.
