Max has close to two decades of banking experience with a unique combination of expertise in both Compliance and Investment. He acquired a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing the banking industry through the senior positions he held with banks in Singapore, and is highly skilled in developing and implementing effective compliance policies that meet the high standards laid down by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Prior to Red Beacon, Max was Head of Investment and Advisory at ANZ Bank with a track record of success in Asset Management and Investment Advisory. This combination of skills enables Max to provide valuable insights and guidance to the company in the highly regulated finance industry.

ANZ Bank Singapore and it’s Singapore Leadership team were fantastic as they firmly believe in people development. I joined the bank as a Treasury Specialist and was provided numerous opportunities to new challenges and responsibilities. I joined UOB Bank Singapore during the rapid growth of offshore banking services to clients in regional markets. It was a tremendous experience to meet successful individuals across different countries and learn from their successes (and challenges). The opportunity to listen, understand and interact with these clients formed priceless chapters in my banking career. The awards and recognition I won at the bank were possible because of the faith and trust of these clients whom are my friends today.
