Harrow School Online is a new fully online co-ed sixth form fostered from a relationship between Harrow School and Pearson. Working within a ‘start-up’ function I was responsible for the identification, development and implementation of student recruitment opportunities. The role was split in two main areas: team management (sales and admissions team) and leading wider business development opportunities (including agent account management).

I led a team of 10 Customer Success Consultants whose primary responsibility was to protect Pearson’s UK Primary School renewable subscription revenue, worth £8.5m in 2019. Additionally the team was tasked to up-sell digital and print resources. Our success resulted in the team being nominated for Pearson’s UK School Team of the Year in 2019. The team and my own individual achievements can be noted by: > Revenue per agent increased by 70%;> All key brands met retention targets, retaining £7.5m of renewal revenue; >The Team achieved a 330% sales target contributing £1.05m to the UK School Business;> Project lead on Bug Club Champion, UK Schools' first advocacy programme;> Sales workstream lead several projects, including the first automated Customer Success AM on Marketing Cloud/ Pardot.
