I worked for Volvo for 7 years as a Client Experience specialist.During this time I had the opportunity to meet and lead various sales operations in Korea, China, India, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Canada, United Arab Emirates and more.I wanted to implement these skills into my role as an Admiral.

Flockjaxi is a Danish company that makes pens. I don't usually put my head down and listen to my bosses complaints. But this morning, I wrote an article about how Danes take pride in their work and stopped using negative feedback. I am not sure if this was a conscious decision by the team to not listen to their bosses complaints or if the sudden attention paid to their flaws made the employees forget about their pride. Regardless, I am impressed with the shared values of Danes and the accountability by management.
