Acquisition of suppliers for components of the MultiToolTrac and establishing a sustainable relationship between the supplier and MultiToolTrac B.V.Setting up and carrying out the production planning for the first series production of the MultiToolTrac.

I successfully implemented KPI dashboards, planning tools and forecast dashboards for the Finished Vehicle section of the European Logistics Team.Other activities:- Carry out daily transport planning of finishes vehicles.- Initiate IT/ERP-system improvements.- Yard management.

I was assigned with the task of designing a KPI dashboard for the Finished Vehicle section of the European Logistics Team. During my internship I had to communicate with different departments to gain necessary information. At first concerning the Logistics process. Later I also had to communicate with IT specialists to gain necessary data and knowledge of the Business Intelligence Software (Tableau).The result of my assignment where a set op key KPI's, planning tools and forecast dashboards.

Tasks: Stock control. Dividing, commissioning and monitoring task. Handling costumer calls. Handle sales. Perform repairs on cars.
