D’ort is an upcoming frenchcore producer from the Netherlands. At the age of 13, he started producing, and one year later he started playing the piano. Fast-forward to five years later, he now has a unique style where he combines his love for classical music with the rawness and energy that frenchcore has to offer. With the music that D’ort brings to the scene, a thriving and exciting career is in prospect!
D’ort was 12 years old when he first heard EDM music. This immediately sparked an interest in making music of his own. Not long after that, he got himself the basic equipment he needed to begin. A year later, he decided to take piano lessons to get himself more literate about music. Classical music was something D’ort then soon fell in love with. He wanted to make music as beautiful as that, with one key difference: it needed more energy. This is what got him into frenchcore. Being able to create beautiful euphoric compositions in combination with the raw energy and power that frenchcore brings, felt like a whole new world opening up to him.
