Max Wallace is a former professional boxer and now an advanced boxing/kickboxing fitness instructor with forty years experience in contact sports. He has created a non contact boxing/kickboxing fitness programme to promote wellbeing, physically, mentally and spiritually. Max also incorporated his skills as a boxing/kickboxing for fitness instructor, trained mentor, with his sixteen years experience working in a large community centre as the Facilities Manager changing peoples lives for the better. Max is an artist and has designed sports t shirts and other clothing for people interested in sports and athletes. His fitness programmes uses mentoring and combines all his skills when teaching young people to achieve a healthier and more productive life. Max Wallace has been featured in The Sun, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Times, and Un Origins (a New York newspaper).
