LeasePlan manages more than 17,000 vehicles across the corporate and not for profit sectors. I am most proud of spearheading a more effective communication process, which encouraged a seamless service to clients and suppliers. Other key responsibilities included:• Maintaining and developing key relationships with clients and existing groups.• Providing support in relation to operational and administrative procedures.• Actively developing effective interdepartmental relationships and communication channels.• Ensuring communication loops are managed regarding internal, client and supplier issues in a timely and professional manner.

BSA is a leading communications and technical services company. I joined the team to co-ordinate the Digital Switch Over scheme across the country. This was a customer focused position and key responsibilities included;• Trouble shooting operational issues including prioritising and escalating high risk issues.• Tracking deadlines, reporting progress, invoicing liaising to senior management • Supported circa 100 technicians nationwide.• Liaise with BSA customers to arrange suitable site visits, coordinating with BSA fitting contactors.

DLC Copiers are a leading supplier of office supplies in Europe. I managed a client portfolio of over 100 contracts throughout the UK and Ireland. Key responsibilities also included;• Generating new business throughout the UK and Ireland. Consistently hitting and exceeding targets, achieved circa £240k profit target.• Managing external suppliers and agency relationships.• Supporting in logistical and project management.• Devise effective and feasible strategies to meet client needs and objectives. Procuring finance agreements with senior management and communicating these to other area’s of the business.
