Lead "Shop Talk" Young-Men's Mentor sessions - enriching the lives of youth to prosper into admirable young men. Conducted hands-on academic assistance to students daily in mathematics and english. Helped each student achieve success by encouraging students to reach individual goals. Lead enrichment and physical education activities for students based on individual gifts and talents.

As a Results Manager at Prosper Waco I collaborated with and assisted local organizations in understanding sources of data, means of collecting data and the use of data in developing programs that report with a Results Based Accountability framework through Prosper Waco’s coaching program. This framework helped organizations develop a common language, budgets and data-driven interfaces to propel results and manage accountability on an organizational and systematic scale. During my time at Prosper Waco, I evaluated initiative efforts and partner programs to provide continuous learning from data and experiences— so that initiative partners can collectively increase understanding and perspectives, generate new ideas and solutions and make data driven decisions to further tell their story and propel their programs. The elements of guidance from Prosper Waco and the Results Based Accountability coaching framework also lend to providing support to local groups for grant opportunities — consisting of local, state and federal funds. In my allotted time with Prosper Waco, I have also staffed the Governance Committee, as well as contributed to policy research/advocacy.

I established myself as a resourceful assest in a tier-one corporate law office specializing in insurance defense. I became accustomed to receptionist duties, trial preparation, logistics, analysis and arrangement of case files, as well as interacting and assisting with trial lawyers during and after their cases.

During my time with RRE I studied and collaborated with foreman electricians on commercial, residential and contracted job sites. I also evaluated and oversaw installation of Ev-Go Electric Car charging stations throughout the DFW metroplex - while further focusing on resolving and completing annual city contracts throughout Dallas and Richardson, TX.

I managed the sales and stocking of 4500-5000 square feet of merchandise and fireworks while leading a staff of 20-30 employees, while simultaneously aiding fellow managers and owner with maintaining employee and customer relations in a positive team-oriented work environment

I demonstrated versatility in a legal office setting within business, entertainment and trademark law. And became familiarized in trial preparation, conducting research, deposition analysis and arrangement of case files- while shadowing the firm’s attorneys during interviews, depositions and trial proceedings.

During my time with the YMCA I also volunteered in YMCA free swim lesson program for under-privileged children throughout Dallas - I also continued to demonstrate polite communication skills with members of the public and responded to inquiries and complaints promptly.
