I bring with me joy, energy, motivation, a critical and analytical perspective, skills of change and project management combined with an emphatic view to all people engaged in those projects and places.Working voluntarily and paid for and with people from different ages, backgrounds, gender, cultures, languages, from my early youths onwards I've been engaged in various areas of work. It is a life long learning but worth every day. Since 2017 I was engaged as junior and senior project manager and advisor, working for church and faith-based organisations as well as NGOs and NPOs. Intercultural experiences were part of my journey since more than 10 years, both in studying and living in different countries. Both challenges and joys are part of those experiences which I carry in much sensitivity with me. I've been responsible for publications and contributed various articles to academic and non-academic journals and books.
