Career Highlights• 2020: Accepted the new position of Technical Program Manager for Laboratory Services with CommonSpirit Health.• 2020: Assisted with implementation of Covid-19 PCR testing through validation of platforms at nine Sacramento sites. Designed and oversaw study for SARS-COV2-IgG assay at six hospital laboratories. Assisted with logistics and workflows for the Sacramento Division. Participation in ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance of workflows. • 2019: Continued current position and added responsibility for courier organization for Greater Sacramento Division. Improved service to hospitals and clinics, added service to new sites, and reduced overtime while maintaining current hours. • 2017: Position upgraded to Manager status to reflect my increased responsibilities and sphere of influence. I retain all of my previous responsibilities and have added oversight of the hospital based Point-of-Care program for the GSSA region, along with increased technical oversight of regional microbiology and histology processing services. • 2015: Begun a new phase of my career by joining Dignity Health as a Regional Technical Coordinator Lead for the Greater Sacramento Service Area. I oversee the technical coordination at six hospitals - all the Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Microbiology Supervisors from each laboratory. Goals include benchmarks set for regional standardization, modernization, leadership development, timely data tracking, and other special projects as they arise.• 2012: Designed LMH Clinical Laboratory utilizing LEAN theory, including workflow, space allocation, task descriptions, autovalidation, preanalytical automation, instrumentation acquisition, remodel construction oversight, installation, and implementation. Almost all expectations have been realized and LMH lab now demonstrates a smooth, efficient workflow and is used by vendors as a showroom displaying the potential for efficiency and cost savings while improving quality.• Quality Assurance Tracking – creation and implementation of a system for tracking and updating laboratory QA processes across all departments• 1998: Point of Care Program creation for LMH• 2001: Standardization and modernization of hematology testing at LMH Laboratory
