Helping with forecasting monthly and annually budget, developing individualized custom training, working with outside accounts and meeting any business requests, settling any bad debt or reconciliation at end of month, and helping solve any customer service issues-Decreased the operational and controlled costs of the branch by an average of $15,000 dollars per month. While simultaneously increasing the branch revenue by 13% YTD for FY 2018. -Helped with surpassing net profit goals by over $25,000 per month for 6 month.
