I use this information to manage expenses across staff, stock, and other costs.During my time at 45 West, I have represented the bar in various national cocktail competitions and consistently achieved high rankings, which has brought attention to our venue and helped establish a network with some of the country's top bars.Recently, I have expanded my role to include assisting with the back-of-house management and day-to-day operations of our sister bar, The Bottle Garden.
