One Congress Building

Managed marketing, operations, and POS/technology for One Congress Street cafes and marketplaces. More of a project management role than a people management role, I was located and primarily managed 2 cafeterias, 3 cafes, and a series of minimarkets while providing support to two other locations and a catering operation in the Boston area.

State Street Financial

Supervised catering operations at the State Street Financial building. This role also involved many other administrative and supervisory tasks, such as signage design & deployment, covering various positions in the kitchen and cafe when needed, and assisting and supervising at other locations across Boston.
