Started the company in 2020, managing the company with product sourcing, pricing, accounting, sales, warehouse, logistic and marketing team.

• Monitoring suppliers' performance to process change notification.• Creating, updating drawings of Toolings used in production line using SolidWorks and determining the critical dimensions, updating the receiving inspection requirement and QM• Coordinating with site owners to fully keep track of SCNs• Conducting Supplier Improvement Plan and planning correction action and prevention action.

• Designed a mounting system with flexible installation and sturdy housing using SolidWorks that maintained the system’s highest potential for performance.• Combined metal working skills with a CNC milling machine to produce prototype mounting system.• Performed stress and strain simulation with FEA using ANSYS for a mounting system that minimized the risk from vibration while the system was sturdy enough dropped at 2-meter height.• Provided guidance and solved technical problems for the team.

Working as a member of a team to provide learning guidance on analyzing and solving electrical, magnetic and dynamics problems to over two hundred students.
