1. I lead EDS/LV electronic VAVE activities. Currently I achieved $10.4 dollars cost saving per vehicle, approved with ECRs.2. Track PRs, parts delivery status and product lead time then feed to PMO team to track gateway status on PST meeting. Except for some of the parts with commercial issues, all other parts were delivered on time to meet VP MRD.3. As E/E launch leader, I lead the Pre-NDRC, Pre-AP, AP prototype, MIIT and VP launch. I am the SPOC of EDS team to develop ICA countermeasures to fix the issue on GA line. I also assign issues to the corresponding harness DREs (including myself), for ECR/PCA generation. We quickly fixed 109 design issues and 33 supplier quality issues on site, which gain us the recognition from manufacturing team.

Design: 1. I was responsible for drafting and reviewing of design specifications of BYTON harness sub-components, DFMEA and DVP&R. I have released 4 specs including: Provisional Components, Ultrasonic welding splice and Soldering the Design Rules and the Test Procedure. I have released the DFMEA and DVP of provisional components.2. I was responsible for creating and releasing wiring harness with CATIA. I need to check all 2D drawings before release. I have completed the design of 7 wiring harness for PTO phase including Cabin/front & rear Fascia headliner/DMS/SED/charge port of with 37 VP ECRs implemented.3. I was responsible for creating complexity charts for my wiring harnesses. I need to make sure that with a reasonable number of PNs, the features given by the Marketing Team were all reflected correctly in my harnesses.Trouble shooting and prototype build:1. I lead the harness rework caused by late changes and design issues. During VP launch, I finished 26 cabin reworks among 66 reworks per car with the help of on-site supplier support.2. I cooperate with SQE team to solve supplier quality issues. During the VP launch, we have completed the tracking and review of 33 supplier quality issues.

I got two AP recognition award for excellence program achievement, Top achiever, VCSE award for innovative EDS MCI tool, D568 OKTB award for design change work and four medium rank patent, of which two are filed.2. Designed battery cable, ground strip and body harness. 3. Arrange meetings with surrounding parts engineers/ VOME to solve package issues/DPA 5 issues to deliver gateway and milestone target per GPDS requirements.4. Participate on site M1/ VP / TT build to solve issues and deliver product on time with quality.5. Use IPS to simulate harness routing to analyse the harness length as well as clip unmating force.6. Organise stuff meeting and EDS design review. Review each AP LVEA programs and AP support programs status per VPP with each SPOC and follow up updates of critical issues.
