- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, working with internal and external service providers to ensure correct and timely payment for employees’ salaries. - Manage the declaration of IIT and social insurance. - Responsible for data statistics of labor costs, providing data support for various stakeholders. - Provide reference for salary setting based on the analysis of internal and external salary benchmark. - Support various business units on projects and regular/annual HR exercises (promotions, quarterly or yearly performance appraisal and employee relocation plan). - Responsible for employee labor arbitration, coordinate the needs of management and employees. - Various of HR data maintenance in internal channels.

- Manage payroll process and ensure employee are paid accurately and on a timely basis. - Prepare and distribute various payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory authorities.- Manage the declaration of special government fund like handicapped fund, stable subsidy etc. - Respond to inquiries from clients or employees related to payroll and administration. - Ad hoc task assigned.

- Maintain and apply employee technical skill certification and enterprise qualification in a timely manner. - Responsible for expanding and maintaining external training vendors based on annual training needs. - Participate in the management and organization of various training programs for all employees and the company, from the determination of training topics to the feedback on training results. - Assist managers to design annual training plan, manage training budget and cost. - Track and update training records on the e-learning system, build up individual training files. - Ad hoc task assigned.
