Current• Digitalization of all departments of the medical organizations such as clinical and diagnostic units, pharmacy, radiology and X-ray radiography, operating rooms, clinical laboratories, and pathology laboratories• Development of electronic health record including information regarding patients from all clinical documents, laboratory and histological tests, instrumental examinations with DICOM and ECG images, surgical and anesthesia records, drug therapy and prescriptions• Development of digital platforms and services for patients such as personal account, online appointment booking, automated interactive dialer system, SMS and Email notification services• Transition of medical organizations to a fully electronic document management with an electronic signature and without any paper• Development of clinical decision support system (CDSS)• End to end project management, including customers researches and cross-functional team management
