* Managed the integration and go-to-market efforts for Total Brain, acquired by SonderMind in Nov’22, co-developing the go-to-market motions for selling into Employers and Health Practices, including project planning, pricing strategy, TAM analysis, and financial modeling; goal to grow new business line to >10% of overall gross profit over ’23-24.* Developed investment thesis, conducted due diligence, and pressure-tested valuation assumptions in SonderMind’s acquisition of Mindstrong’s technology and technology assets.

* Built SonderMind’s first formal operating model for the supply (therapist) side of the business and designed novel Supply:Demand metrics for better real-time visibility into therapist supply constraints; has resulted in zero major supply crunches since ’21, delivering care to thousands of additional clients.* Created source-of-truth visibility into SonderMind’s provider sales pipeline by aligning stakeholders on data fields, scoping engineering work, and generating cogent dashboards reflecting sales throughput and conversion.* Designed a test to evaluate the ROI of our Account Management function on therapist productivity; found that AMs did not create meaningful ROI via productivity or retention; resulted in deprioritization of this program.

PEG Advanced Research Team: * Acted as a Product Manager and technical contributor in the development of an automated tool, which ingests messy, alternative datasets (e.g., employee reviews, web traffic, credit card spend) and visualizes insights in PowerPoint/Tableau with minimal user input, for use in Private Equity Diligences. * Built all data processing workflows in Alteryx/Tableau, architected overall tool structure (incl. user stories), and facilitated bi-weekly standups with two engineers who built other components in RPA, Javascript, Power Automate, and VBA.Procurement Optimization* Enhanced the strategic sourcing capabilities within Record Mgmt Co’s Procurement organization through improved buying/negotiation strategies, as well as demand control initiatives, which ultimately yielded 5-6x savings over historical figures. * Managed a team out of India to aggregate and consolidate all non-person spend data, enhancing the client’s visibility into North American spend and creating never-before-seen levels of spend visibility in APAC and LATAM.* Maintained senior client relationships, incorporating key stakeholders in the ideation process.

* Personal Care Co -- Worked with business development team at Personal Care Co. to identify attractive category adjacencies for expansion over the next five years; developed prioritization framework, created a CPG market factbase for high priority adjacencies, and provided presentation support for board and executive-level presentations.* Trainer – Ran Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and data preparation trainings for all new Bain hires (incl post-MBA).

* Grocery Co & Department Store Co – Conducted two “Latent Class” Segmentations to create differentiated customer segments, which were leveraged to target high-value customers and optimally customize outreach. * Fiber Co – Performed a variety of geospatial analyses to understand the total addressable market for a regional fiber provider, based on driving distances between cellular towers, laid fiber, and businesses.* TelCo – Developed and executed a field test to evaluate the real-time impact that different “price-hops” have on customer churn across multiple combinations of triple-play, double-play, and stand-alone offerings.* Elevator Co – Utilized geospatial analytics and network optimization to calculate the synergies from combining independent technician repair routes of two elevator companies post-merger.

* CPG Co - Provided CPG Co with ~15 interactive dashboards that leveraged sales and market data to strengthen their business intelligence capabilities. * Major Appliance Component Co – Built market growth model for major home appliances based on end-of-life assumptions; predicted a market decline based on delayed demand dynamics from the ‘08-’09 recession.* Telehealth Co. – Led primary research workstream to assess the competitive differentiation of major players in the telehealth space; conducted ~20 industry participant interviews and launched a short survey.* Inspire Case Team Leader – Led pro/low-bono team of four Bain Associates; identified five novel sources of revenue for a non-profit foundation focused on families with children suffering from pediatric brain tumors.

* Generated performance reports for my four clients, evaluated their exposure to U.K. assets post-Brexit, created a proposal for further hedge fund investment in one client portfolio, and ran two portfolio factor decompositions.* Conducted a final research analysis on Hedge Fund crowding to present to all of Cambridge’s Investment Associates and provided a recommendation as to how we can manage the related risk more effectively.
