Since joining Grant Thornton's Public Sector Advisory team in 2007, I have advised on a number of the UK's most large and complex infrastructure procurements as well as contributing to the delivery of major projects in the Middle East. My experience covers sectors such as real estate, health, education, rail franchising and rolling stock procurement and I have worked on numerous engagements with both the public and private sectors. the work I have undertaken has involved advising at every stage of the procurement process and I've specialised in the development and implementation of evaluation methodologies and processes. As well as my procurement expertise I also have significant experience in developing Business Cases and in delivering PPP/PFI transactions.I have strong financial analytical and modelling skills allied to effective presentational and communication abilities. As a qualified CA i am also well placed to advise clients on key accounting issues.
