With my Current position at Cactus Club Café I have been able to push for my personal development in the service industry focusing on team leadership and management. Moreover, being trained across multiple line stations has allowed myself to focus on the skill sets required to run a successful kitchen during the most valuable times; Making sure guests will have the best experience possible.While working I continue to push for my education with and undergraduate in Business Administration focused in Management. Additionally, having my Education through the Southern Alberta institute of Technology (SAIT), I am able to have hands on and practical experience which can directly apply to any industry I work in.

This is where Max's love of photography sprouted, starting with nature photography; going out early in the morning to get the perfect shot or staying out late striving for an amazing silhouette. Eventually, Max widened his horizon and started taking portraits for friends & family, this is where he matured as a photographer, becoming a Semi-Professional. Maxwell expresses his feeling through a multitude of different photo techniques, from bright & extravagant, all the way to deep, moody photos which pull on new strings every time someone looks upon it. Through every photo Max aspires to get the perfect shot through the lens, so minimal editing is needed, this leads towards more, honest photography.
