Working as Engagement Manager, I’m responsible to lead consulting engagements from pre-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes. During the pre-sales stage:I interview the customer to identify the main business goals and translate them into requirements;I identify the best assumption for mitigating the implementation risks;I prepare the proposed planning that will be followed during the implementation;I work with Solution Consultants for preparing product demo to be presented to the customerI work with Sales to produce Statements of Work (SOW’s) based on customer requirements;I deliver pre-sales presentations around the ServiceNow deployment methodology. The main deal closed in sales activities is with the biggest Italian bank for a solution composed by an internal portal and ITSM solution for a value of 1.2 M€.
