I am a Business Analyst with over 13 years of continuous growth in requirements management, elicitation, requirements analysis and solution design. My passion in the field of Business Analysis and Business Architecture has led me to receive the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis. I am also a Usability and Process Engineer with a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida International University (FIU). During my time at FIU, I published my research in the fields of Human Factors, Ergonomics and Usability in several scientific journals and conference proceedings. I received Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Tarleton State University (part of the Texas A&M University system) where I also completed the core curriculum in Engineering and Mathematics. The combination of my education, training and experiences throughout my professional career has allowed me to develop skills needed to help organizations realize their business objectives: interpersonal skills to interact with varying levels of stakeholders; communication skills to effectively listen to and understand my customers, and to accurately express their needs in a way that can be understood by others; technical skills to comprehend various development languages and communicate with developers in those languages; and process efficiency skills so that my customers can gain more by doing less.
