We work closely with Active Duty Military personnel and their spouses, Veterans and their Spouses, and Surviving Spouses to answer questions about all aspects of utilizing the VA Home Loan Benefits. Moderators have watch with a squad of similar individuals on a rotating basis. We discuss posts behind the scenes, we moderate comments, and our goal is to provide as much value as possible to the Original Question Poster AND the group.

Anything can happen after a loan funds and I try to assist with those next steps so that the transition is smooth like butter. I work directly with Customers and Loan Officers to provide solutions to all of their servicing questions and concerns. Provided customer care to inbound calls and emails for a variety of issues. Diffusing a potentially negative situation is a great challenge that I love to see a positive result from. Assisted customers with correct payment information. Fix various degrees of mistakes that have to do with payments or servicing of loan. Perform a small, yet significant step of Quality Control during loan process. Help connect customer with a Loan Consultant that's licensed in their state to assess their situation and determine if refinancing is the best decision. Also part of the team that provide concierge service to the CMG trademarked All In One clientele.

Work with a team of auditors to proof funded files for & obtain corrections in a timely manner, and insure with governing body.I also prepare paperless files for delivery to investors, double checking information for correctivity.

I set up and took down tools, did demolition, cleaned up debris, unloaded and loaded truck, took debris loads to dumps, help set doors and windows, installed hardware on doors, puttied holes, etc. Key part of job was anticipating next steps and having the right tools ready at the right time.

I provided initial Emergency Services to homes and businesses that have suffered a water, mold, fire, or smoke damage event of some sort. Being the first interaction with the customer gave me the opportunity to create a bond with the customer that built up trust and helped them feel at ease during what was usually a highly stressful time. I also led personal property packout crews for all sizes of jobs from a room to a whole house. While working alongside my colleagues, I would assign tasks and keep the labor efficient so we could meet the budget amount and deadline. I also worked in the office fielding calls from customers and insurance adjusters, keeping them abreast of their jobs progress. I also assisted with preparing water damage and personal property pack-out estimates.

Started at lockdesk and moved to account management. I managed a loan pipeline for 3 Account Executives. This involved providing beyond outstanding customer service while keeping clients informed of their loans' status and needs. I would find creative ways to ask for new business whenever possible, without turning clients off, and attempt to keep loyalty to the companies products. Position also involved helping set-up/registration dept with new loans and assisting doc drawer when needed.

I managed a pipeline of mortgage loans from start to finish. The position involved providing outstanding customer service and prioritizing files while keeping clients informed of their loan status and needs. There was a heavy emphasis on assisting sales staff in the field to help them maintain their customer relationships. I'd come up with clever, yet humorous ways to ask for new business whenever possible, without turning customers off, and attempt to keep loyalty to the company's products. I also priced and locked loan rates and set up/registered new submissions.

Cater to Account Executives in the field. Audit conditions and new submissions for accuracy and track down corrections asap. Assess closed files and send to correspondent purchaser. Obtain conditions needed to have files purchased as quickly as humanly possible. Update files with correct MERS formats. Provide morale with witty humor and fun antics.

Started in Underwriting department as a branch assistant. Moved to Customer Service after 6 months. Call center environment with some busy times logging 120 calls per member. Heavy emphasis on supporting field sales staff.
