Workflow organization and planning of the long-term Magento projects

Founded in 2008, MageWorx is a dynamic, innovative Magento & Shopify solutions provider and a well-known eCommerce agency. The company strives to create new and unique products for the abovementioned platforms and make advanced, highly customized solutions for customers’ ever-changing requirements. My duties in the company include:- Identification and research of new prospective business niches, - Competition research, - Researching eCommerce solutions by industry; developing and presenting the concepts of competitive products, - Taking part in technical planning of the new company’s products, - Building relations with community resource agencies to develop partnerships and provide staffing services to corporations, - Support and consulting of the Enterprise-level customers, - Assessing financial projections and business plans of the company.

Key responsibilities: managing hundreds of support tickets and phone calls. Supporting the top-selling most multifaceted Amasty product - Improved Layered Navigation and several others.Writing the blog posts regarding the product.

Project management (zvezdaudachi.com)Support, promotion, SMM, reporting, technical issues for the project with5000+ visitors a day (25.000-28.000 in peak days). Communication with contractors andcustomers, interactive prototyping in Axure, media planning, advertising analyst, running promotional campaigns
